Mindful Microdosing Cycle
You didn’t arrive at this by accident.
Something has been drawing you toward it. Not always loudly, but enough to notice. A sense that there may be another way of meeting your life, or that something within you is ready to be explored more deeply.
You may have already tried to create change. Different approaches, different spaces, different ways of understanding yourself. Some of it may have been helpful, but often it stays close to the surface.
Microdosing is different.
Not as something to fix or improve you, but as a way of working with something more subtle. A form of earth medicine, held within both ancient understanding and emerging science. Something that has always existed, now being met in a more intentional way.
And over time, the focus begins to shift.
Without the right space, it can feel unclear how to meet what is unfolding. Not because you need to be told what to do, but because what you are working with is personal, layered, and still taking shape.
This cycle exists to support that part of the process.
How This Moves
This is held as a six week cycle, for those who are already working with the medicine in their own way, and feel drawn to move through that process with more awareness and support.
Within this, there are three live group circles. Spaces to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what is unfolding in your experience.
Alongside this, there is a shared space that continues beyond the six weeks. Not something that closes, but something you can return to, as your process continues to unfold.
Each week, you will receive simple practices. Not as something to complete, but as a way of staying connected to yourself as the process moves.
The structure is there to support you, not to lead you.
There is no pressure to perform, no expectation to arrive anywhere.
Only an invitation to meet yourself more honestly within it.
In Community
Working with the medicine can feel deeply personal, but it does not need to be done alone.
For thousands of years, human beings have learned, healed, and grown in community. There is something powerful about gathering with others who are walking their own path alongside you. Not to compare journeys or seek answers from one another, but to witness, reflect, and remember that we are not alone in our experiences.
Often, hearing someone else's insight, challenge, or reflection helps us recognise something within ourselves. Community becomes a mirror, gently revealing what we may not yet be able to see on our own.
Clarity rarely comes from being told what something means. More often, it emerges through shared experience, honest conversation, and learning to trust the wisdom already moving within you.
Who This Is For
This space is for those who feel called to explore microdosing in a more intentional way.
You may already be working with it and noticing subtle shifts in how you think, feel, create, and move through the world. Or perhaps you're at the beginning, curious and wanting to learn from others who are walking a similar path.
Many women come looking for information, but stay because of the connection. There can be great comfort in sitting with others who are navigating similar questions, challenges, and discoveries. Not because anyone has the answers, but because shared experiences often help us make sense of our own.
Our conversations may explore microdosing in relation to anxiety, confidence, creativity, emotional wellbeing, relationships, perimenopause, menopause, women's intimacy and sexual wellbeing, spirituality, purpose, and the many transitions that shape a woman's life.
This is not a space for experts or gurus. It is a space for curious women who value awareness over outcome, who are willing to listen deeply to themselves, while learning alongside others doing the same.
For those who are not looking to be led, but supported in developing their own relationship with the medicine.
And for those who value both personal reflection and meaningful connection along the way.
Your Commitment
Three Live Group Circles – We will meet across the six weeks for three virtual circles, held on Zoom for 90–120 minutes. These are moments to pause, reflect, share, and reconnect with what is unfolding in your experience. You are warmly invited to contribute to the conversation, but listening is just as welcome. Come as you are.
Weekly Practices (Optional) – Simple practices are offered each week, taking around 15–30 minutes. Not as something to complete, but as a gentle way of staying connected to yourself as the process unfolds. Take what feels supportive and leave the rest.

Before joining, you may wish to spend some time with my recent article, A Different Relationship to Medicine, which explores the philosophy and intention behind this approach.
