ABOUT
The Journey
Women of Mycelia was born from founder Tara Pearce's own journey of remembering, a path woven through creativity, spiritual inquiry, and a profound connection with sacred mushrooms. What began as curiosity slowly became a quiet but undeniable calling, one that led her into a deeper relationship with herself, with Spirit, and with the mysteries that gently shape our lives.
Through these experiences emerged a deep reverence for the mystery of being here and the understanding that some things are not meant to be explained, but experienced, remembered, and felt through our connection to something greater than ourselves.
At the heart of Tara's work is the belief that we all carry an inner wisdom, and that sacred mushrooms can invite us into a deeper relationship with ourselves, with Spirit, and with life itself. She believes the true value of these experiences lies not only in what is revealed, but in how we choose to listen, integrate, and gently weave those insights back into our everyday lives.
Grounded in lived experience, Tara continues to deepen her understanding through ongoing study in counselling, allied modalities, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies. Her foundation includes training in meditation and mindfulness, sound and frequency practices, alongside years of supporting others in deepening their awareness and integration. She brings a calm, compassionate presence to her work, honouring that every woman's path unfolds in its own time, wisdom, and way.
Beyond this work, Tara is also a creative director and visual artist whose practice explores the relationship between art, consciousness, and the unseen.
