This work is shaped through lived experience, and sits alongside more clinical or structured approaches.
It is not about being guided toward a specific outcome, but about being supported to listen more deeply to yourself, and to gently explore what is unfolding in a way that feels true to you.

Since July 1, 2023, only authorised psychiatrists in Australia are permitted to prescribe psilocybin for treatment-resistant depression.
Psilocybin has been reclassified as a Schedule 8 (controlled medicine) for this specific therapeutic use only, and remains prohibited in all other contexts.
Psychiatrists must obtain Authorised Prescriber status through a rigorous approval process involving the Therapeutic Goods Administration and a Human Research Ethics Committee.

This work is grounded in a deep respect for the long-standing relationship between humans and the natural world, and the wisdom that can emerge through it.
Natural medicines are approached not as solutions, but as tools and ancient teachers that can support self-inquiry, healing, and expanded awareness when met with care, intention, and responsibility.
At the same time, this space recognises the importance of working within current legal frameworks, and does not provide or facilitate access to any substances. The focus remains on preparation, integration, and supporting each individual to stay connected to their own inner guidance throughout the process.
-
Preparation is a way of gently creating the conditions for a more supported experience, both internally and externally.

This will look different for everyone.
