This space is for women who feel called towards inner exploration, a deeper sense of purpose, and a more meaningful relationship with the spiritual dimensions of who they are.
It is best suited to women who are approaching this work from a place of stability, curiosity, and personal responsibility, recognising that meaningful transformation is cultivated through presence, preparation, and integration.

Yes. Women of Mycelia is devoted specifically to supporting women who are working with sacred mushrooms.
While many of the principles of preparation, integration, and inner exploration can apply to other psychedelic experiences, my work and experience are centred on the unique relationship between women and sacred mushrooms.
This focused approach allows me to offer support that is intentional, specialised, and deeply aligned with the philosophy and purpose of Women of Mycelia.

At Women of Mycelia, Spirit is the recognition that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.
Spirit may be known as the Universe, the intelligence of nature, the spirit of the medicine, Spirit Guides, ancestors, angelic beings, God, consciousness, or a deep inner knowing and our connection to something greater than ourselves.
Every woman's relationship with Spirit is deeply personal, and whatever that means for you is honoured here.

This work is shaped through lived experience and sits alongside more clinical or structured approaches.
It is not about being guided toward a specific outcome, but about being supported to listen more deeply to yourself and to gently explore what is unfolding in a way that feels true to you.
If you are seeking psychotherapy, psychology, or clinical mental health treatment, this is not a substitute for that care. Women of Mycelia offers a different kind of support, grounded in presence, reflection, preparation, and integration.
This space can sit alongside other forms of care and may complement the support of qualified healthcare professionals for those who feel supported by more traditional pathways.

This work is grounded in a deep respect for the long-standing relationship between humans and the natural world, and the wisdom that can emerge through it.
Sacred mushrooms are approached not as something to follow or depend upon, but as a way of deepening our relationship with ourselves, with Spirit, and with the mystery of being human. When approached with care, intention, humility, and responsibility, they can invite profound self-inquiry, expanded awareness, and a deeper remembering of the wisdom that already lives within us.
Women of Mycelia honours both the sacred nature of this work and the importance of working within current legal frameworks. As such, Women of Mycelia does not supply, sell, source, or facilitate access to sacred mushrooms. The focus is on education, preparation, guidance, and integration, supporting each woman to remain connected to her own inner wisdom throughout her journey.
-
Preparation is a way of gently creating the conditions for a more supported experience, both internally and externally.
Integration is the process of allowing what has been revealed to begin to take form in your life, in ways that feel grounded and meaningful.
Sessions move in response to what is present for you, and may include reflection, intention setting, nervous system support, and exploring what is asking to be seen or understood.
