    There is no expectation to be at a certain stage. You are met where you are, and supported in a way that honours your own pace and process.

    Some come to this space preparing for their first journey, while others are integrating experiences they have already had. Both are welcomed equally.

    It is not about being guided toward a specific outcome, but about being supported to listen more deeply to yourself, and to gently explore what is unfolding in a way that feels true to you.

    The space is held through presence and reflection, offering a different kind of support that can sit alongside other forms of care, including for those who feel supported by more traditional pathways.

    Integration is the process of allowing what has been revealed to begin to take form in your life, in ways that feel grounded and meaningful.

    Sessions move in response to what is present for you, and may include reflection, intention setting, nervous system support, and exploring what is asking to be seen or understood.

    There is no facilitation or provision of substances. The focus is on supporting your process in a way that is grounded, responsible, and respectful of both your experience and the broader context in which this work exists.

    Some feel supported through a single session, while others move through a few sessions to allow space for deeper integration. There is no set structure, and you are free to move in a way that feels right for you.
