Choosing someone to hold space for you is deeply personal. It is important that you feel safe, comfortable and aligned with the person you choose, just as it is important for me to understand your circumstances, intentions and readiness, and to consider whether my experience, approach and scope of support are the right fit for what you need.

Your responses form part of this readiness and suitability process and help me understand where you are, what is bringing you to this work, and whether I can support you with care, integrity and respect.
